The price of the product / products presented on the site is expressed in EURO and includes VAT. Transport is NOT included in the price outside Romania.
In Romania, transport is included in the price of the product.

GUARANTEE

Our company grants for all traded products the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 449/2003 republished.
In case of non-conformity of the product / products purchased from our company, the consumer has the right to request that the product be brought into conformity, without payment, by repair or replacement, unless the measure is impossible or disproportionate, or to benefit from the corresponding reduction of the price or of the termination of the contract regarding the product / products, under the conditions of art. 13 and 14 of Law no. 449/2003.
Any repair or replacement of the products will be made within a period of time, established by mutual agreement, in writing, between our company and the consumer.

The warranty offered by the manufacturer is 12 calendar months.

CAREFUL!!!

Please keep the invoice that accompanies the delivery in case of subsequent complaints regarding the conformity of the product purchased from our company. The name, model, product code, date of purchase, product price can be found in the invoice, and in case of a complaint it must accompany the product.
Do not remove the label (s) from the product. Their absence invalidates the warranty.
